Boletes for lunch!

Found some boletes on today's mushroom foray in Silverado.  They turn blue when cut or bruised!  Cooked them with wild mustard greens, dock and potato.  Perfect flavor!  BTW, LAMS Mushroom Fair is tomorrow (Sunday)!
